Full View Sight Glass
The Full View Sight Glass allows one to have an unrestricted view of the color of the liquid flowing along with its conditions from various perspectives. It is designed with the use of chemically-resistant tempered borosilicate glass housing fixed between robust process flanges. This sight flow indicator allows for visual inspection of the process fluid.
Overview
The Full View Sight Glass presents the user with a total view of 360 degrees for checking out the state of process fluids flowing through industrial pipes.
This sight glass consists of a borosilicate glass tubular sight flow indicator that is fastened between two metallic flanges by means of robust tie rods.
The tie rod type tubular sight glass allows the observer to view fluid movements, any change in color, and even aeration, besides affording extra protection by having a guard.
This sight glass is ideal for use in chemical blending lines as well as low pressure utilities.

Working Principle
Axial Fluid Inlet
The Full View Sight Glass is installed along with the pipe line, and hence there is no obstruction to the inlet of the process fluid to the sight glass.
360 Degree Observation
The process fluid flows through the cylindrical borosilicate glass chamber and hence observation of the process medium in multiple directions can be easily accomplished by the operators. Operators can observe flow characteristics, change in colors and presence of air bubbles in the fluid.
Mechanical Protection
This glass cylinder is mechanically supported using a tie rod type tubular sight glass, and this arrangement ensures the mechanical protection of the viewing chamber.
Process Inspection
With the flow of the process fluid inside the transparent chamber, process inspection can be done by the operators.
Leak Proof Sealing
There are flange connections along with the sealing element which ensures a leak proof operation.
